MajicJack Customer Service wastes your time Internet
I spent 96 minutes trying to get a replacement for my broken MajicJack and got nowhere on their online Operators. All the Agents were kind and helpful, but after 9 different Agents taking me a step at a time, I would hit a deadend and have to start all over again. While they agreed to send me a replacement, I could NOT pay the $11.95 bill for shipping through their system without hitting a stop and then not being able to get back to that same Agent. It was the most frustrating experience with a large business I have ever had. For a multi-million business not to have a final place where customer complaints can be solved is un - acceptable!!!! My next stop is a signboard in front of WalMart.LOL
