To whom it may concern..

This is my 2nd complaint about this company..My 1st with you..I bought a 1998 Honda Accord on the beginning of April of this year..My car has been in and out of their service shop @ least a total of 7x..I have missed alot of days of work goin back & forth to my car serviced,also there is a toll that needs to be paid both ways in order to cross to Queens..Within a month I needed a new computer in my car..They kept me car for 2 weeks..They had me goin back and forth because they would tell me it'll be done today,then tomorrow,then next week etc..
Now my car is in the shop again because it needs a new transmission they said ill have it Monday 8/13/01..They loan me a car the 1st car they loan me i filed a complaint about it..It was nasty,dirty,no radio,i had to put my own oil the same day,tires needed air..You hear a screechin noise when you step on the brakes considerin that i have an 8 month old daughter.

I have already installed a new alarm,music,also changed my rims and i dont get to enjoy my car..I regret buyin my car @ that place..They are crooks because they stated that i had bad credit and hit me with 24% interest rate
***What I would honestly like out of all this is that I would like them to pay a few of my payments,also to have my car serviced somewhere closer to my home, well thats all I can think of ***THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND PATIENCE..

I used to be an employee at Major in May of 1997.
Frankly I am surprised that this discovery is
coming out now after all these years. These
people have been riping people off for years.

They used to the same routine. they buy the cars
out state and they sell for a better price in
worse condition. they even do it for the new
cars. I remeber this lady who had come in with
her brand new Chevy Malibu. It was brand new.
Drove it off the showroom floor not even a week
ago. Already having problems with brakes. then
came a sound from the bottom of the car. they
sent the car to service.

She came right back the same day with the same sound. I felt so bad for the girl. She was a young college girl. It happened to my brother as well. He bought a used car from the used car alot.

I had spoken to Chris Osaris and he promised me that he would give a good deal on a decent car. Nope he didn't.

I can't seem to remeber what kind of car it was but I do know that it was a 1994 white 2 door. My
brother's car came into service almost every
week. Then he finally decided to forget it and
give the back. At that point they said that they
could not take the car back because it was too
late. At that point my brother just gave up and
took time off from his busy schedule and fixed
the car himself.

When he was done the car was running like a charm. I myself had bought an 87 Dodge Colt. It would take me from point A to point B at that time that I bought it. I had asked for them to help me out on the price considering that I was an employee. Not musch help they were let me tell you. the jacked price down only two hundred dollers. The car was barely worth five hundred. I can't give extreme specifics but I can give you situations that I have seen with my own eyes and heard with my iown ears. And I am sure that anybody else who worked for the Bendells would tell you the same. Not to mention over worked and under paid. I really hope that the information that i have provided to you may prove useful in your goal to expose Major Chevelrolet once and for all. they deserve it!for all.
