Complaint Review: Make Your Own Jeans

I ordered a custom made jeans from, Make Your Own Jeans, after 2-3 weeks they arrived. The jeans that I received looked nothing like the picture and they had an awkward fit. The color and fabric looked cheap. When contacting the company they responded by saying the online photos are stock photos and not the actual product. I wanted a pair of jeans that had fading in the thighs but did not receive that product. They try to make it seem like it is your fault. 

I feel I received an inferior product. They will not offer a refund for dissatifactory product. I would stay away from this company. Thier website is full of all positive, and probably false reviews. I submitted a negative review and have not seen it on the website. This company cons customers by using stock photos of merchandise they cannot create. I am trying to get my money back, but I am not hopeful. The only thing they offered was a 50% coupon on my next order.
