I purchased a tv set Sony  from Makro. for the ammount of 411.23 sterlins.


They advertise a return policy stating :  NON FOOD GOODS IN REASABLE CONDITION : Makro will  be please to give you a refund for any non food product returned in fully resalable  condition  ( this includdes the original packing, seals and shrink wrap intact, toghether with any accessory sold with it) within 28 days of the date of purchase toghether with your MAKRO RECEIPT FOR THE PRODUCTS.


THIS IS  EXATTLY WHAT i DID ON THE 26-8-10, WITH MY SON  PRESENT WE RETURNED THE ITEM BACK TO MAKRO, I WAS HAVING PROBLEM WITH THE TV


tHE MANAGER  DID NOT EBEN PAID ATTENTION TO THE BOX, HE WAS NOT INTERESTED TO REFUND ME .
