Mal Parsons DBA Mal Malouth THEFT OF SERVICES/THEFT OF PRODUCT Dallas, Texas
Mal Parsons, owner of Mal Malone Clothing in Dallas, TX has stolen from Sullivan Perkins Inc. product and services totaling over $1,000. Multiple calls have been made to Mal Parsons, but if she answers at all, she will place the call on hold until the caller hangs up, then leave the phone off the hook for hours on end.
Ms. Parsons has been unprofessional, to say the least, throughoutour communications. This reputation proceeds her, as I found multiple comments from her customers to that affect when researching this company online.
Mal Malone Clothing has no intentions of honoring their financial obligations. It would appear that they are struggling to keep the businees open, or they simply feel it is their right to pay invoices at their discretion, if at all.
If you shop at this store, there is a good chance that you are purchasing product that has not been paid for. Please do not encourage this behavior.

SullivanPerkins did not post or authorize the posting of Rip Off Report #682266 dated January 13, 2011, regarding Mal Parsons and Mal Malouth or Mal Malone Clothing. SullivanPerkins confirms that allegations and statements in the Report are not true. Upon learning of this false Rip Off Report posting, SullivanPerkins was disgusted and embarrassed by any association with it and took affirmative steps to try to remove the report from ripoffreport.com, including contacting ripoffreport.com to advise the website (1) that the Report was posted wrongfully and SullivanPerkins does not know who posted the Report or what their intent was and (2) that allegations and statements in the Report are, in SullivanPerkins opinion, untrue. However, those attempts were not successful due to the website's policy to never remove any report, even after being told that the report was filed by an unauthorized third party and that it contains false allegations and statements. Because the website refused to remove the Report, SullivanPerkins posts this response stating that it does NOT agree with the allegations against, or the untrue statements about, Mal Parsons and her store contained in the Report.
