Malcom Dade ripoff Dallas Texas
malcolm dade was supposedly to represent my son on a theft charge or robbery, anyway he grabbed a money bag from a lady. to sum this up first of all; mr. dade did not investigate the case. keep in mind my son had no prior felonies or hadn't been incacerated except for the local jail leewsterrett here in dallas tx.
he's never been on probation. he got a 5 yr non aggravated first offense. mr. dade took our money then handed my son to the prison system. the woman in question said my son didn't touch her at all, my son wouldn't hit a lady period.
I. called mr. dade on the phone he told me my son's case wasn't aggravated but he didn't make parole because the parole board got papers which read the wrong thing, striking a lady, use of a weapon, which is all a big fat lie. malcolm dade told me this himself. also for some reason they said he'd been to prison before and this is also not true.
My son should have gotten probation. now malcolm dade won't turn his fax machine on so I can fax papers to him in regards to this matter. I'm goin to hire another lawyer to help clear my son of the wrong that's been put on him yes you do the crime so do the time. But what time should that be. Mr. malcolm dade took money from our family and that's how i feel about the situation.

I feel that there is more to your story than what you're saying, because Mr. Dade is an excellent atty who saved my behind. I was a drug addict and Mr. Dade and Mr. Caslte saved my life. They put me in a treatment center and got me some help and helped the courts give me a chance at a normal life. So maybe you should take the time and call him without hollering and disrespecting him and listen to what he has to say. He really is a good guy. Give him a chance.

I feel that there is more to your story than what you're saying, because Mr. Dade is an excellent atty who saved my behind. I was a drug addict and Mr. Dade and Mr. Caslte saved my life. They put me in a treatment center and got me some help and helped the courts give me a chance at a normal life.
