Complaint Review: Malibu Trust

I was contacted by Rebecca Miller on 12/2/04 and was told that I was approved for a $5000.00 loan. I was told to $998.75 for the unemployement insurance to secure the loan.

Then I was told by Vivica Smith that my loan was on hold, becuase the insurance company wanted the full coverage of the insurance so I was asked to send them $1676.00. As of today I still have not received the loan.

I have been able to speak with Terri Simmons and she is still asuring me that my loan will be deposited by today.
I wished I would have known this earlier. If anyone has futher info on how I (we) can collect our money back. please contact me.
