I ordered an $87 baby memory book. They said it would ship in 1-2 weeks. I ordered it 9-4-09 and today is 10-6-09 and I have not received it. When I log onto the website it states that the item is being "processed."  I have e-mailed them multiple times and received no response. I tried calling their phone number and I got a message stating that their mailbox was full. Now I am trying to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the charges removed. My baby is due very soon and I was really counting on this baby book.
