I agree that anyone who has been ripped off should go after this scam artist for all she/he has.

I do have one suggestion though...now that everyone who reads ripoffreports.com has her "corporate" address, why don't we start sending her letters telling her that we can guarantee her 100 days of good luck for a mere $14.95?

She must really be psychic..I live close to Brick and she has never sent me a letter..I guess she knows that I don't want to hear from her.

To all of you looking for answers...don't go to phony psychics and tarot readers. My best friend is the author of a popular set of tarot cards...and he even says that tarot and psychic readings are all full of BS!

Maybe its time to make Raylene have a few nightmares!

I keep reading about this Raylene and am surprised that her advertisements for ploys for money have not yet reached me in the Washington D.C. area. ..but, I have a solution to offer..or maybe just a whim of a fun way to get even with this Raylene. This is completely legal!

You see, there is this huge corporation, yes, I said corporation, called the U.S. Postal Service. The USPS spends a lot of money just trying to stay afloat. They also save consumers a great deal of money by offering postage at a reasonable rate. Bulk rates are high, but considerably

reasonable for the amount of mail being sent and the work involved.

One thing the U.S. Postal service is NOT fond of, is having its services used to ship illegal documents. Matter of fact, although they are privately owned and operated, the federal government monitors their activities. The USPS even has their own police force. From the sounds of her activities, Raylene seems to be involved in illegal activity. It is illegal to offer

the exchange of SERVICES or GOODS, without following through on the exchange. That is called fraud.

I tend to think that the USPS would be none too happy to find out that they were involved in the transportation of documents that led to illegal activities.

I would suggest that Raylene's current address be widely distributed. This address should also be presented to the Postmaster of as many post offices as possible. The Postmaster should be made aware of the situation, as should each state's Attorney General. The more people that can do this, the more negative publicity Good Ol' Raylene will receive.

There's a lot of truth to the old saying, "The squeeky wheel gets the oil." The more public outrage that reaches the ears of the Powers THAT BE, the more likely it is that something gets done.

If reaching the ears of those in power doesn't do the job, "flooding" will. Postage is now at $.34 for a first class stamp. It wouldn't hurt to address one letter per week to Raylene's address (Post office box or physical address). It would be kind of neat to see the letters addressed care of Raylene/SCAM ARTIST. This is not slander, as you have only given

her a nickname. Nicknames show up on letters all the time!

Websites, like this, and many others are also a creative way to get even. After you have filed with the powers that be, a little note on your webpage with a link to the comlaints about Raylene wouldn't hurt either.

Leave a stack of little notes at the phone booth. Push push push. I know we can come together with some fine LEGAL ideas of ways to combat ILLEGAL activities. As long as we keep it truthful, with no slander, or libel, we can get even with Raylene. Matter of fact, I would like somebody to send

Raylene's address to my email. I have a whole book of left-over Christmas stamps that I wanted to use on something! Maybe its time to make Raylene have a few nightmares!
