Later, I found out that the do shady Real Estates deals in and around Monterey Park and San Gabriel Valley. My neighbors The Goldberg's down the road from us me told that John Man was so unscruplous, that he sold house to Chinese friend of his with out taking any other bids or offers.

First our company is highly reviewed from independent sits. This person reported this was another Agent's son, I will not go indetail who this person. The Goldberg's family lived in Monterey Park all their lives. Mrs Goldberg passed away around April 17 and the family's three daughters seek a local agent to help sell their family home. The daughter's interviewed quit a few agent but decided to use ManRealty. I, Philip Chang was the person helping the family. No where did Jonathan Hua communicated with the family during the transacation. The family wanted to say private and ask us to find a buyer without putting a sign or do any open house. We were able to in the sisters a buyer from our 30000 plus data base. They were extremly happy with our services. The person made the report probably looked at public record and thought OMG they sold it for $790k. There is a error on the country recorder on the transfer tax and the WRONG price sold made public. The price sold was close to $1 million, and we are making the correction. To think anyone would accuse us of ripping of a seniors is very upsetting and ignorate. John Man and I (Philip Chang) both grew up in Monterey Park and attended Brightwood elementry. We both still live in here. Our neighbors love us and knows the truth.
