Rob Falcigno was a supposed manager of a tech company that employed IT techs across the country, ManagedITAssets. His promise was that the checks for your work would follow in 4 to 6 weeks. Well you can guess what happened next. The company that was feeding him leads cut him off for poor performance and severe money mismanagemnt. He has told all of his techs that he is a mans man and always pays off all of his debts.

Well I have been waiting for over 8 months now for my pay. I am just starting to drag this clown through the mud so if anyone has any ideas please let me know any recourse I may have. I am already going for the credit bureau and any possible legal course I can think of.

I was contacted by Rob Falcigno and he has agreed to send a check for 500$ a settlement we both agree on.

He agreed to send the check if I took his company name off of Rip-Off report.

This matter is still pending and in no way is settled until payment is in my hand.
