Mancuso Productions/ Haitian Digital Television/ Claude Mancuso HDT 24 HOUR SCAMMING TV Miami Gardens Florida
On February 8 2013 Claude Mancuso/ Mancuso Productions/ Haitian Digitial Television took $3500.00 of $10,000 from a 70 year old retired woman and promised to offer exorbitant services including but not limited to Promotion of the project through Radio broadcasting on 4 different stations, 2 days of recording and producing the project with a production crew, (2 to 3 cameral men, director, etc...) along with editing and training for the host of the TV show. Not only did Mr. Mancuso not deliver after the taking the money, but when confronted for his tretchery and deceipt, he acknowledged his inability to provide the services and agreed to pay back the money and untill this day over a year and 3 months later, has neglected to do so.
Stay far away from this man if he offers you services or tries to make deals with you. He will steal your money!!!!

You knew from the beginning that it was my mother's money. The check given to you was with her name and she met with you and gave it to you personally. She went as far as to say that it was an investment she was making and you were well aware of the truth. We still have a copy of the check so please don't make me prove you the liar you are. And how does 600 count as a partial refund that anyone would agree to. Furthermore if you were not guilty why try to refund any money at all.
If you such a great business man, and you want this information to be removed then do us both a favor and make good on the advertising. Mr. "I've been in the television business". Your resort to calling me spoiled, but yet your business practices have been found wanting. This report was made because you ignore and neglect my calls. Make good on you word and provide the advertising.

Nicky came to me to produce for her a "Maury Povich" type of show in Haiti. We agreed to a price and I received a 50% deposit like a production companies would. She traveled to Haiti and although I told her that the timing was not right she went anyway. I put her in contact with local filmakers to organize the filming while i invest in some equipment we would need here to edit the programs. Whil she was in Haiti one of the filmakers offered to the contract by promising to do it for half of the amount. When she returned she informed me that she was cancelling her plans and wanted a full refund. I told her that is not the way business is done. She then brought in her mom and told me that she had convinced her mom to finance her project and it was her money. I made a partial refund and offered her some advertising in exchange for the amount that she lost. She became extremely violent with threaths and verbal abouse. Nicky seems to be a spoiled young woman that is used to always gets her way. I made an investment in time, contacts and equipment in her project so it is natural to expect a cancellation fee. The truth will always come out in the end. I have been in the TV production business since 1984 and never have had a disgruntled client until Nikky.
