Complaint Review: Maness Tire And Automotive

I worked for Maness Tire and Automotive for several years, I also had my own shop at home and worked on cars after work everday, Terry Lewis the owner was aware of my shop and even paid me to work on maness company trucks at my home shop.
I have started my own business and when he found out and told the vendors that if they did business with me he would withdraw his business from them. I feel this is unfair Im a family man finally living my dream and having my own business, and taking care of my family as he does.
