I purchased a product from Mango Products in 2008 and it was fantastic.  The product broke and I reordered another one and my credit card was charged $76 back in May.  They sent an email saying there was a delay in shipping, but that delay has lasted through now, in late December.  I opened a claim with PayPal but it was "too late" and there was nothing they could do about it.  I have also moved since I ordered the product (obviously not expecting it to take 6+ months).  I have been emailing them almost every week and have yet to receive a reply.  They do not list a phone number.  I had found this company to be very reliable but I am obviously wrong.  They are doing a very vulnerable community a disservice by fraudulently selling products.  At this point I don't even want the product, I just want my money back.  However they are one of the few companies out there that sell the product I need.  Their current notification on their website (which is constantly changing) says they will be shipping new orders in 4-6 weeks yet they aren't even talking about back orders.  If they are legitimately shipping orders, back orders should be their priority, especially ones from 6 months ago!!
