Manhattan Bagel, 61st and Mingo, Tulsa, OK:

Consistently the rudest, high school idiots I have ever encountered on a regular basis. The manager just walks around behind the counter while all this trash goes on like he thinks it is OK that the dumb girl does not know what you mean when you say 'leave some room on the top for half-n-half' - good grief, she works at a coffee and bagel joint!

Everytime I WENT there ( no longer subject myself to that Tulsa attitude; yes folks, Tulsa is in Oklahoma, and NO, it isn not YEE HAW and everyone is a cousing and friendly; it is the real world, folks here are self centered and angry that others are in their space and let you know it) any of the counter or drive up window help was the same.

Why do they stay in business? Enough people think they are the premier place to eat a bagel - another testament to the poor vision of us Tulsans - just lost in the drift of trying to keep up with the Jones - or those other folks in Lexus ...

Just wrote this so you too could know - beware - they have not been nice for me at all.

Rebuttal:
let me first state that, the entire complaint showed complete ignorance of the 61st & Mingo store. when this statement was written there had not been a male manager at that store for at least a year, and to this date still is not.

as an employee of manhattan bagel i know that everyone there is Always as polite as possible, our main priority just under cleanliness, is customer service.

i apologize if you were unsatisfied with our service, but in my opinion, your real problem is more based on your opinions of the general population of tulsa than with this store.
