I went to introduce a friend and help him look for a car and ended up unknowingly being a co signer and also my credit cards were used for his deposit. If that was not enough they pushed a new jeep on me which was to replace mine when my lease was due and when i drove it out to try it they took my jeep in and at my return told me the new one was mine.

I said no. they said too late. I left the car and they drove it to my home the next day leaving the keys in the mailbox.

Again, I must ask...how could they possibly use your credit cards without you knowing about it? Did you hand them over to them? You said you became a co-signer without knowing about that either. You signed, didn't you? Please understand, I'm not trying to be unkind and I will be the FIRST to scream about the fraud and deception in the car biz but in both of these issues, you HAD to know! We need to KNOW FOR A FACT what's going on in the deal! We need to know EXACTLY what we're signing and READ IOT ion advance, not rely on what the salesman says the paper is all about. Unless they physically robbed you of your credit cards and then forged your name to the co-signer line, then I don't think you have a beef with them! Next time, know what you're getting into. Oh yes, did your friend have your credit cards or tell them you'd co-sign?
