1st if was charged twice of different amounts.  Never received this a refund for the overcharge.

2nd the shoes was never shipped; then they offered to another product or a 30% refund.

When I sent other products that were okay for the replacement, they said it is out of stock. 

Finally, I said okay; just give me a refund they then offered 43.5% and never returned my money or answer anymore emails.  Avoid this site and be careful of the email address with other China sites!
