ManImFresh.com Gave me a fake tracking number from USPS... Internet

I placed an order with this company on 2/12/2009. The total amt. was $85.49 & was paid through alertpay.com. I quickly followed up on my order with them by e-mail & the online clothing company replied twice then finally sent me this tracking number three weeks later, only for the USPS to inform me that it was incorrect. I quickly e-mailed them to let them know, & their reply was .....the package is from China. That reply, let me know , the item was fake also.

I haven't received my item & neither received anymore replies from the online clothing company. I have e-mailed the USPS about this matter since I was given a fake tracking number & also, I did not find this online company registered with betterbusinessbureau.com. And neither was alertpay.com registered. I feel that I have been a victimizied by online scam-artists, & plan to pursue this matter as soon as I get a reply from USPS.

As of March 16, 2009, my package is on its way by USPS. The status of the USPS track & confirm is "Foreign Acceptance". I am kinda relieved about this status but now my biggest fear is that it isn't an original Christian Audigier Hoodie. I have done my share of research and have also been followups about my money, and I didn't find this particular hoodie on the original Christian Audigier website, just on this one. And there is a BIG difference in the price. So, I will be satisfied when it arrives , as long as its not an empty box, but I will not order from ManImFresh.com ever again.

I received another e-mail from ManImFresh on March 15,2009. This time, the tracking number was included and on their website my order status has been updated to "In Transit". On March 12th, I received an answer to my question about the package being seized by customs. The e-mail stated the fact that they took care of all the fees that were charged & he was going out of town so his co-worker would send out the new tracking number, which I received on March 15th.

I received an e-mail from ManImFresh.com on March 8, 2009. The e-mail stated that they figured out what happened to my package....it was seized by customs. Sooooooooooo.......they are going to re-ship the package and they will have my new tracking number within the next two business days. I replied asking this question.........Okay , since my package was seized by customs, Will I be charged an extra fee by the postman because of this incident ???? I'm waiting for the reply.....
