In 2013 i signed up for an online storage company by the the of Online Storage Solutions. Had no probliems in any way so i payed for aditional 2 year supscription because i was happy.
Well in May of 2014 i could not access my data so i looked into it and found out they have changed names or was bought or sold. at that time i contacted them and they did respond. They had me swap over and sign up agin saying my data was safe. well i followed what they said with no sucsess.
Ever since May they have stopped helping me in any way and not responding to any more emails. If helpfull i can include the email.

Its been way over a month that i have not bee able to access my my files! i was told a month ago all they had to do was move them over, well dont sound very hard to me ans im getting a bit pissed about it!!!! i needed files for work that i have nowhere else and was f**ked because of it! could someone just tell me the truth, either u have lost my s***, have no clue what u all r doing , or just lazy as hell!

I've been trying over n over again to get someone to help me. in may when u guys got bought out or merged with another company my paid account disappeared and i have not had access to it. i used it for work as well and got screwed over because of the data i lost not to mention family photos going back years. could someone actually look into this for me and find a way 2 get this fixed. im also sending all my emails from earlier in year about this

but i have done upgrades it when i payed for the pro version. if i do this upgrade agin is there a chance i could loose eveything? also my ftp can not connect to my files. that should have nothing to do with a upgrade on my account

I was a customer of theirs since 2012 and they did the same thing to me in 2014. I want to take them to court and get our files back. My email is (((redacted))) :(
