Charles Hayes Mann is a thief, insurance bilker, rip-off, liar and is NOT a plastic surgeon.  He is a liar, he steals money from insurance companies and our wallet.  He will crap on you if you second guess his sloppy work.   This guy has NO business operating on anyone, ESPECIALLY when it comes to cosmetic surgery.  Shame on you and your co-workers you liar.
