This business has very poor customer service, employees seem to be uneducated and rude when dealing with the customers and the two gentlemen of Indian decent (from India) who work behind the counter, how they attempt to interact with their customers is severely lacking in respect and knowhow, it has become very clear  they need to learn english so they can come closer to at the very least begain explaining how it appears they are stealing from their customers. To tell a customer that a credit will be forthcoming after that customer could not fit as much fuel in their tank as was payed for, then to find that no credit was issued is downright stealing!!!

Not to mention the pumps that have been failing these past few months, they continually click on and off and take forever to pump the fuel. then not ever repaired- is in question, untrustworthy and a serious ongoing problem. Poor customer service is becoming prevalent, and it seems these two are trying to hide these facts. and it is possible they are benefiting from it personally.I even had other people approach me in the parking lott to talk about the problems. Last time I refueled there I averaged 6 miles to gallon and ran out of Gas!! to what should have been 16 mpg,

It has also been the old guys practice to double charge if your using a debit card, so check your receipts!! and I have a few receipts to prove it. I would highly suggest you purchase your fuel and other goods elsewhere until they are investigated, and I will be filing a formal complaint, seems the manager as a last gasp response called me a shithead, well I am going to try and help all who unwittingly stop by there or consider it and are shorted one way or the other. They both compound the problems with double speak, to make an impression they have no idea what your talking about. When you question things, they tell you not to return.

There is another station just west of them 2 to 3 miles on State rout 2, I suggest you go there if you need fuel right away.
