Complaint Review: Manning

On Weds 02/19/14  I saw a rental a couple of houses away from me, got on computer checked Zillow for rental pics, rental is at 6525 S. Lantana Vista Dr. Tucson, Az. I sent my name and email address of interest on the Zillow site, I recieved an email from a Crook who goes by the name of Manning, I responded that I wanted to get together and see the inside of the house as my older son was very interested, I briefed my son then he texted my son Friday rushing him to send $750.00, by Western Union closest Walmart with a promise to get Documents of house and keys for entry next morning never happened.  Being as excited an desperate as my son was he sent the $750.0, then Sat Mr. Manning texted him saying he needed another $700.00 for first month rent, by then I told my son this was definitely a scam, not to send anymore money.  Mr. Manning sends an application, his number is (501) 232-1070.

We are pleased that you have an interest in our house, our lovely home is still available for lease and we want responsible adults/family that are neat and also believe that you have what it takes to take care of our house as if it were Yours. The main reason our house is up for lease is because I got transferred from my church to (Arkansas) on a Missionary Work by my church here. I and my family will be away for at least a couple of years. We will be very pleased if we can find then right potential tenant to rent our home, a person who is a clean & responsible and does not tolerate anything that has to do with dirt. we also would like to know more about you and your family, your renting experience and how long and when you plan moving into our home.

The rent includes all utilities and close to all amenities. The place is available for immediate move in. INCLUDED IN THE RENT: Cable , Kitchen completely equipped, Kettle - Toaster - Dishwasher - Freezer - Microwave - Oven - Dryer - Heat - Water - Washing Machine and Electric.

If everything is okay with you, i will want you to go ahead and put down the rent so as to enable you receive our keys tomorrow before the courier service closes for the day. We are renting our house to you based on trust, so you have to trust me and my family... Be of Good courage and he shall strengthen your heart, ll ye that hope in the Lord. Therefore being Justified by FAITH; we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, By whom also we have access by FAITH into his Grace wherein we stand and rejoice in hope of the Glory of God. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also, knowing that tribulations also knowing that tribulation work Patience and Patience Experience and Experience HOPE and HOPE make not ashamed because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearths by the Holy ghost which is given unto us; For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the Ungodly.

I am so excited to know you will take care of the house.we are willingly to give you the house because you've shown a good tenant so far. I want you to know that I and my Wife are really counting on you with our property, so please do not let us down by taking care of it once you get the keys and documents.
