At my scheduled appointment to have three defective tires replaced, which are definitely covered under Buick's warranty, the Service Manager, Steve Edwards, refused to even inspect the tires.  He stated a series of false reasons for not doing so.

When I phoned Buick in his presence, he even lied to Buick about why he would not.  His final, of many, false excuses to me and Buick, was he could not determine if a tire was out of round without a machine to measure the tires rolling resistance (Pure fiction, and even if it was true, it only pertained to one of the three defective tires.)

Buick now has me a new appointment confirmed with a different dealer.  However, 1/2 a  day and 90 miles driven were wasted because a Buick Dealership refused to perform warranty work!

Warranty?

What type of warranty do you have where Buick covers the tires?  Those are considered a "wear" item and are not covered under any car manufacturer "bumper to bumper" warranty.

Now, the tires may have a SEPARATE warranty from their manufacturer, but those are usually prorated after a certain amount of time.

You didn't give any details as to how old they are, how many miles are on them, what type of tires they are, or even how you think they are defective.
