Manso Construction STOLE - Theft by Deception over 27,000 Dollars Middletown New Jersey
I gave my son 27,000 to pay Nelson to do an addition a year and a hal ago before I even had permits because he must have sweet talked my son. He got paid and cashed the check, we got the permits about 6 months later and zoning approval. Since that time we have been asking or begging him to start our home. As of this date he has now more or less said its HIS money because he had it so long and we are out our 27k. Well DO NOT use this SCAM ARTIST. And rest assured I WILL BE IN COURT WITH HIM AND GETTING ALL OF MY MONEY BACK. RIP OFF NUMBER ONE - I am filing a theft by deception CRIMINAL charge against him and hopefully Nelson will get the mandatory 10 years in State Prison and the Judge will see what a crook he is - He also took over 1500.00 for a stockade fence and NEVER concreted the poles in so now the fence is falling down too refused to fix that also.

Well after a long time I have been granted and 83,000 dollar judgement against Manso Construction in Middletown, New Jersey. He di dnot even appear for the civil case, however he does appear for his Criminal hearings ( if not he wouldbe arrested ). Now on the 14th we have status hearing, hopefully the last and then Trial. We are praying he gets the maximum for what he has done and we even offered to settle for the Original amount. But also found out he has a 160,000 judgement out of Freehold too. He is a perfect scam artist and a liar and it Will catch up with him in Criminal Trial, which we are going forward with. The sad thing is all he had to do was pay us our money back, Oh wait he bought his Own home with our money ( but will Never sell it without paying us off ) Nor can he declare bankruptcy to clear this as he was fund Guilty in Civil Court for Fraud and carries a treble Clause. Feel sorry for him actually, when now he owes hundreds of thousands to peopel he Stole Money from and all he had to do was pay back. Beware he will sweet talk you and then walk with your money. Now we are also filing a Small Claims against him for a fence he put up when we put the original money up under a different contract and he did not even concrete the poles in and it has fallen over. Wow What a Terrible supposed builder.. But he will Lose his license too and we are pursuing this and also the Better Business Bureau and the Licensing Board in Newark.
