MANTA Search Engine Optimization Services They would not provide their service and also would not refund my money Columbus Ohio
I signed up with MANTA in order to have them provide search enigine update to my website for my business. I purchased their highest package for $200 per month. They assigned me to a sales rep whos name is Amanda. Her direct phone number is 614-807-5116.
When I talked to her and she pulled up my business listing, she told me very rudely that it shows that I have another company providing the same service. which is DEX MEDIA THRYV. She said it would be a conflick of interest for her to provided me thier services. I told her ok, that fine. Can you please refund my $200 back to my credit card.
She got very angry and rude and said (NO) they do not provide refunds. I said so you will not provide me with your services, and you will not refund my money. she said yes. Too bad so said for you.. and just hung up.. I tried to find another phone number to call customer services and report it. But there is no other listed phone numbers on the the internet.
They have an email.. But it does not go through. If anyone can help me file a complain or get my money back please contact me.
