I am wondering if you know Manuel Mata's full name?  Or birthdate?  I have children who have a father named Manuel Mata also but he does have another last name, so I don't know if it is the same person.  Please respond.

If you have not filed a case with the Riverside County Department of Child Support Services, do that first.

You can even start you case online through the county website. They will run his social security number to find out if he's working and where. Once you know where he works (hopefully he does), then you can at least contact him to tell him his son wants to know his father.
