I walked into Maple Ridge Crysler Dec.2006 to purchase a Nitro. The price of the Nitro was around $29.000 with sun roof and 4x4. Before I purchased this vehicle I already got a quote from a Crysler dealer in Mission BC.

After I drove the Nitro for about a month I found out that it was not a 4x4. It was discovered during a snow storm. I almost got involved in an accident; the vehicle had absolutely no control in the snow. A few months passed and I didn't make any complains but I promised myself I would never go back to this dealership again. June, 2007 someone from the finance department called and asked us to go and sign papers for the Nitro again. I had no idea why, cause I though everything was finalized. We went in and I expressed my concern about the Nitro and suggested I go to a 4X4. They said they would put me into a 2007 Jeep Liberty with 21.000 km for two thousand differences. We Signed a bunch of documents and discovered two days later that I will end up paying $53.000.00 for the Liberty. I believe they did this through confusing paper work in the business office. I have contacted them for clarification and I spoke to 4 different individuals all of them promised to phone me back but none of them did. I guess they just want to make as-much-money from any trusting customer that walks into their doors.
