Why is Michael Nazerian allowing Sandra Gail Broad, a.k.a. Gail Broad, to manage Maple Terrace Apartments.  Michael Nazerian of Exxir Capital cares so little about his tenants safety and well-being, he has hired a completely incompetent manager with a disturbing pass.

1.  Sandra Gail Broad has her parental rights to her two children terminated in the State of Mississippi due to violence.

2.  Sandra Gail Broad is a defendant in a lawsuit involving the death of a young child.  She is also accused of felony charges including spoiling of evidence including 8-12 pictures and three handwritten statements.  Dallas County Court Case # DC-10-08110.

3.  Sandra Gail Broad experience in real estate management includes public housing and a dead child.  Prior employment - manger of a pizza joint.

4.  Sandra Gail Broad lives with a convicted criminal, Margaret Hedge Truett, who she misrepresents as her sister.  The two are not sisters.  This just a creepy lie Gail tells people.  Dallas County DA Case #MB0141449

5.  Sandra Gail Broad has failed to keep Maple Terrace apartments up to code.  The pool has been closed by the City of Dallas twice.  The air condition has been repeatedly inoperatable to the point that the City of Dallas had to step in.

So why does Michael Nazerian continue to pay more attention to trying to get his picture in local social rags than spending time on bringing in quality managers who can ensure the safety of the residents?

Let's just say all of that is true....my hat's off to Michael for giving someone a second chance.  We all make mistakes and some of them are horrible but we all have to make a living.   There are far more dangerous people in the world.   I just think it is pathetic that someone would want the whole world to know someone else's business but refuses to put their name on the complaint.
