MAPLE VOLKSWAGEN VOLKSWAGEN MAPLE POOR USELESS RUDE,UNHELPFUL,BAD SERVICE,NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE, AVOID maple Ontario
This is worth the post and then some. Imagine....We called Maple VW for a simple thing like tire changeover. They answered the phone "Yes Sir we have it on special right now its only $49.95" Normally its $59.95 Another call to a dealer in the area and it was not on special our terrible luck it was only $44.95.
So to be fair we decided to call back talk to a service manager about this so called special being 10% more. It was not the $5 dollars difference to us, just the principle of how it was conveyed and misleading when in fact it was truly no special.
Common sense would dictate that anyone would have said, "Our apologies sir your correct why dont you common in have a coffee and we'll be happy to change your tires over for the same price or a dollar less...
Is that alot to expect? Truly isnt that what anyone would do with ANY common businees sense? Wait it gets better...
So this person named Domenic blow us off, "thanks for your feedback have a nice day" We thought maybe this person wast not infact the manager so we made a call to the GM and explained the above. At this point were thinking someone might be listening there, do something right?
After explainging the above saying we'd think twice about ever coming into your dealership based on the way the above was handled this fully certified GM says "Well it sounds like your made your mind up have a nice day?!?!?!?!?!"
Now get this...this is all over someone trying to patronise this dealership for a lousy tire change. Imagine trying to buy a car? NOT. Imagine if you had a problem after you made the mistake of viisting them?
We have much better things to do than post this but we hope this stain their reputation permanently because these people are true A-H's of the car business. Avoid maple volkswagen they are not just unprofessional but they truly suck in every sense of the word. RUDE UNHELPFUL, ARROGANT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to be frank.
If your buying a car you need to stay clear of this dealership. and for service...FORGET ABOUT IT.

Perhaps you should realize each dealership is a private business and they have the right to set their own prices. Perhaps dealership a does a better job on tire changes or pays better wages. Did you test the coffee? Seriously your a google exec and you have time to be on here whining over a $5 difference on a tire change? How about you use Google to find a video on how to change a tire yourself.
LOL

Definition: Dealer Service Centre Loss Leader: A special (in this case tire change over) sold at less than cost price ( $49.95 or $44.95 in this case). The purpose is to have the car "Inspected" to find other UP Sell services.
Only a fool thinks a Dealer even covers their costs pricing a 4 tire change over at less than $100.00 in Canada.
If the service is offered below cost expect to get told you need all sorts of expensive services or repairs.
Accepting the offer is foolish, complaining to the Dealer that there loss leader service doesn't loose enough money is foolish and thinking any Employee of a dealer is going to agree with your position or even give you the time of day is:
JUST DUMB
Please don't flame at me, I will just make fun of you

FLAME AT YOU? LOL..
The dealer that quoted that price is the dealer where I bought my car from! So instead of thumbing your nose at the fact you think they are less credible inferrring that their going to rip me off. Please allow me to be blunt without being rude.
YOUR REPSONSE MAKES YOU LOOK UNPROFESSIONAL OR AND REINFORCES WHAT YOU PEOPLE ARE.
A-HOLES!!!! COMPLETE AND UTTER A-HOLES. All not about the price but the way you handled the call. And now look at how you handled this!
The correct response would be, we are truly sorry we fell short.... but your not smart enough to get it. Rest assured that being a certified GOOGLE consultant, I PROMISE YOU THIS ONLY ONE OF 1100 MORE POSTS. JUST ONE. 1099 to go.
Get ready to waste 300 hours and $4k to repair your reputation. Thats if your lucky. You deserve to be blasted now. UNREAL.
