Mapnad Viatel Cons. they filed a bogus collection report with Experian we never heard of this, they are not legitimate Ripoff Midland Texas
We received a notice from a collection agency in Oct 2005 stating we owed Mapnad Viatel Cons. $15, when I phoned the collection agency for a copy of the bill they told us to through the notice away as they had found the company to be unreputable. We recently Dec 2005 received a notice from another collection agency for $15 plus $5 for interest from this same bogus company. I called this collection agency also for a copy of a bill and they also said to disregard the notice because Mapnad Viatel Cons. was unreputable. This is affecting credit reports and this company needs to be stopped.

You have them and I would get a good lawyer to sue them under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act
