The only thing I can say that, if you deal with a so call professional and they propose a deal to hire him as a Real Estate Consultant, I think they should provide what they proposed to do from the beginning. What he did was in the middle of the Real Estate deal he revised his fee higher by 1/3 more of the original deal… He called it that he had a little more risk in the deal for him, I say how if your only a consultant. WOW!!!! be careful in this well know bate and switch.
Don’t deal with him.
