Complaint Review: Marathon Resource Management Group

In August of 2017 My cleaning company was subcontracted by Marathon Resource management group to Clean college apartments in AMES, Ia it's call TURN from August 1 till 17th. James Stewart meet with me and my company and explained and showed us what rooms we would be cleaning, We gave him a offer for the rooms he showed us and signed a contract with Marathon Resourse managaement.

Keith Poore meet with us and give us our apartment room numbers that needed cleaned, within the first time everything totally changed instead of cleaning THE EDGE APARTMENTS like we was told we was going to be doing Keith moved us over to COPPER BEACH apartments in Ames these apartments are double the square footage double the size double the windows , but we still proformed the work and got the job done,

Our company cleaned over 200 rooms and when it was all done and said after sending in our invoices and this was almost a year ago now and our company still has not been paid from them. MARATHON RESOUCE MANAGEMENT GROUP DOES THIS TO EVERY COMPANY THEY HIRE.  They tell you all year long how this company has not paid them, then if you talk to any other person or company they get you with this legal term. SO then I had to deal with their attorney Brandan and still have not gotten anything taken care of other then in that contract I signed even thought the work was done in Iowa If I'm taken them to court I will have to hire attorney in Richmond VA. and go to court their. SO needless to say thats the directions I'm heading now. They owe me over $20,000 and have not paid me a dime.

After googling this company I have found hundreds of companys just like me that they have not paid. and the said thing is they have this contract with alot of apartment owns again In AMES IOWA this year. SO I'm sure they are going to do it again to another local company
