Complaint Review: Marc G. Epstein Esq.

Marc Epstein is the legal representative of mugshots.com, a site dedicated to the extortion of private citizens whose personal information, including name, address, date of birth and photograph is published, and the removal of such information is only done after payment of a $399 extortion fee.

Contact with the operators of the mugshots.com website resulted in complete non-action after several demands were made to remove my information.  I subsequently found Atty. Epstein's information published, contacted his office and after being told that reports have been filed with the local police, with the IC3, BBB and other agencies to have his client shut down, I was threatened personally with violence if I attempted to pursue any further action against him or his "client."

This so-called attorney needs to have his office shut down.  He is aware of the fact that he is facilitating extortion, and he is willing to physically threaten any who attempt to stand in the way of his extortive client.
