Marc M. Brunet of mcn.tv, mcnsports.tv & mcnentertainment.tv is a rip off artist business man.
This is a very strong warning to all web designers, freelance artists, advertisers, investors and to whom ever it may concern. Let it be known that Marc M. Brunet, President & CEO of mcn.tv, mcnsports.tv and mcnentertainment.tv is a rip off artist and does not pay for services rendered! Be fore warned of MCN.TV Broadband Networks (a Canadian company AKA, MCN Multicast Networks) with offices in Dover Downs, Dover Delaware. They commissioned me to rescue, repair, re-design, upgrade and fix their broken websites and databases and after fixing them all and upgrading them to the latest in security, built them custom themes and modules, search engine optimization and updated functionality they proposed the old "the check is in the mail" statement and after two weeks without receipt of payment said, and I quote... "Oh, it must have been lost in the mail. We'll send another check". After another two weeks they stopped answering my calls and emails.
I have had to hired a collection agency and am filing a suite in small claims court to try to recover from what is the first time in my 35 years in business that I have been stiffed by a client. I don't need to mention what a hardship it is to loose $4,200.00 worth of income as well as the amount of time that I spent on their projects all the while turning down paying jobs so, I could save their business websites from ruin. I am posting this warning in the hope that no one else has to go through the pain and aggravation that my company and family has had to go through.

Brunet, President & CEO of MCN TV, MCN SportsTV and MCN Entertainment TV is a reputable and highly respected businessman and I apologize for any damages or loses these statements might have brought to him or his companies. I am in fact the person that was negligent in not providing the services that Mr. Brunet and his staff required from me and my company, \ and I was totally wrong in making any defamatory comments towards Mr. Brunet. Marc M. Brunet was more than patient with me and I should not have submitted these statements in haste. Although l did hire a collection agency, they did not take any action as it was without merit. It should also be mentioned that I did not file any type of suit or claim in a court of law.

Regarding the statements made by Mr. Ralph Mannis of Infiniteewebdesign against Mr. Marc M. Brunet, MCNSPORTS.TV, MCN.TV Broadband Networks Inc. and MCNENTERTAINMENT.TV
Mr. Ralph Mannis of Infiniteewebdesign is a web design company that was contracted out by MCNSPORTS.TV sight unseen by one of our managers in Dover, Delaware, USA to work on the MCN.TV, MCNSPORTS.TV and MCNENTERTAINMENT.TV websites. Mr. Mannis had a very small portion of work to do but never finalized the work required of him. Mr. Ralph Mannis was very good at making promises and giving deadlines that would never come to fruition. Mr. Ralph Mannis was paid over $8,000 by MCNSPORTS.TV for work that he never completed. Mr. Ralph Mannis then requested another $2,000.00 for the same work that was still overdue. When Mr. Mannis was asked to provide a description of his billed hours on a time sheet, he would simply write "Stuff". When he was questioned about it and again was asked for validation of obvious over-billing he would have the audacity to write "Lot's of Stuff". Mr. Ralph Mannis never completed the initial work that was required of him and somehow wanted another $2,000.00 on top of the $8,000.00 he was already paid. MCNSPORT.TV, MCN.TV and MCNENTERTAINMENT.TV hired a second contractor to fix and finish the work that Mr. Mannis and Infiniteewebdesign was contracted out to do, thus costing the MCN group of companies even more money to undo Mr. Mannis' incompetence, and complete the work that still needed to be finish. This resulted in more monetary loses for MCN due to Mr. Mannis' ongoing delays.
Unfortunately, our manager in Dover, Delaware hired Mr. Mannis sight unseen, as anyone meeting Mr. Ralph Mannis in person would immediately notice his problems with society and ongoing delusional ways. In the few meetings that we did have with Mr. Mannis in person, he would suddenly stop discussing our project and start talking about drugs and his hatred for the IRS and the US government.
At the beginning, MCN.TV, MCNSPORTS.TV and MCNENTERTAINMENT.TV was willing to take the hiring of Mr. Mannis and Infiniteewebdesign as a loss and leave it as a lesson learned, however as these ongoing slanderous and libel comments from Mr. Mannis have caused our group of companies a great deal of time, money and reputation, we have taken Mr. Mannis and Infiniteewebdesign to court in the state of Delaware. The findings will be posted when this issue is finalized through the court system.
Anyone requiring further information regarding our lawsuit against Mr. Ralph Mannis and Infiniteewebdesign can go to the following court file information doc: Delaware Superior Court, Kent County File No: CA-K11C-05-041
It should be noted that we have many other employees, contractors, suppliers and programmers working for us on an ongoing basis. There has never been a problem. We actually have many of these contractors contacting us on a regular basis looking to do more work for us. These names can be supplied at any time.
Sometimes people make comments, but you must also look at the facts and take in the source. In this case we would rather involve the justice system, as we have nothing to hide, and look forward to having the truth and all pertinent information out in the open for all to see.
