8 people met with marc mcclure in portland maine for TRAINING on the "'RUTHLESS ENTREPRENEUR" BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. He sold us Territories to sell a bogus training program, and then left the country for Asia, due to law enforcement officials, (AG FTC etc) looking to through this scumbag in Jail. He was a MASTER CONMAN, WITH ALL THE FAKE PROPS. WELL....BUYER BEWARE!! HE IS BACK INTHE USA, sellin territories for another scam!!.When i saw his ad on Boston craigslist sales today i immediately contacted the State of Maine's AG's and Securities dept, and they are again trying to track this crook down and through him in jail where he belongs. He is a liar a fraud and is only lying when his lips are moving. If i were not a Chritian Man i would hunt him down myself, and it would be a slow painful payback!

Hello, I have had the pleasure of working with Kevin Hurley as my supervisor, and vice president of 3 different sales opperations.This first company, Mr. Hurley took from zero to 12 million the 1st year and the company did 18 million gross sales year the following year. Due to changes in the law regarding broadcast messaging,( robo calling).the company had to basically close the doors.
That is when Kevin bought that bogus "territory deal" from Mark McClure. It didn't take him long to find out he had been RIPPED OFF along with 8 other people.You can call the Atorney Generals Office in Portland Maine(that is where the crime was committed) and it can be verified.
Kevin Hurley now is VP of sales and marketing, for a consulting firm that generate new clients for Law Firms across the country, and has held that position for the last two years, I know...I still have the pleasure of working for him. Obviously, any moron would know, that if any of these ridiculous claims made by mark mcclure were true, Mr Hurley would be in jail. Go ahead and call the Reading Police debt, they are located just down the street from our office, and you will prove to yourself, that Mark McClure is a sick, twisted,pathetic, loser, that does nothing but lie, and ripp off innocent good people.

I work with Mr. McClure as can be verified for the past 6 years and we are well aware of Mr. Kevin Hurley and all the criminal complaints and investigations of fraud against him and his wife. He worked with us a few years back as he was brought on to be one of our coaches and after we investigated his background we found NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS of fraud and child pornography against him and were absolutely appalled at what type of person he is. We were SHOCKED at Mr. Hurley's criminal background.
We immediately let Mr Hurley go and as of April 20th, 2011 have filed a complaint with the READING POLICE DEPARTMENT in Reading Ma., after he threatened Mr. McClure and his wife for firing him, even threatening to "rape his wife" in 2008. This too can be verified with Detective Michael Saunders of the Reading Police Department. Mr. Hurley is a sick individual and in need of help.
Mr. Hurley was let go due incompetence, criminal background (GOOGLE Kevin Hurley and check out RipOff Report) and rumors of child pornography and since that time has made claims that border on psychotic. Mr, Hurley and his wife are two people you need to avoid. Anyone that can believe a man like Mr. Hurley, a man with a history of child pornography and threatening to "rape people" is a man to be aware of.
