So Marc Silverman looks to have people do work for him, calls you in a panic looking to help you get stuff taken care of because he's not quite sure what to do. And when you jump in right away and take care of the project for him - he requests that you send him an invoice. After doing so - he cancels the invoice on you as a blatant disrespect to your skills and the work completed.

This isn't a matter of being paid in advance, the work was completed and the invoice was sent. He cancels the invoice on you and doesn't want to pay you.

Then he has the nerve to insult you stating you have a "chip on your shoulder", and calls you obstinate.

I have a web project that requires some php and mySQL programming relating to PDF downloads. It's rather typical stuff, but I need to replace a very good programmer who has moved on.

Moving forward, it would also be helpful if you had some experience with DNS, MX Records, and cPanel functionality. I have good skills in this but what I need is someone who can assist from time to time at an hourly rate.
