Complaint Review: Marcel Home Decor and Gifts

Very simply, they charge you for the item and don't send it. I ordered a purse hangar and did not recieve any shipping or tracking information which probably should have been a "red-flag." After not recieving the item, I called the phone number which was a recording. Then sent an email telling them to contact me or I was cancelling the order. They sent back a email and said they would contact the warehouse to see if it had been sent. After hearing nothing for two more days, I sent another email asking if the order had been shipped. No relpy. Had my credit cart company take the item off my card and refund my money. 

Take a look at their terrible record with the BBB and don't place any orders with them.
