I was very displeased with the hair I got online from marcellehair. Ok I was kinda leary about ordering hair online but after I read the reviews I said why not give it a shot, I spent 240 dollars on the virgin brazillian hair I got an 14, 16, 18 inch hair Btw there is no phone number so you cant call anyone the only business is handled through email. I got my hair in a timely manner I ordered it on a monday and got it on a thursday.So when I recieved it that thursday the hair was damped it was 3 different colors brown, black and jet black the hair was very dry and brittle. This is the WORST hair I hair ever bought this really pissed me off because you work and you save up your money and you want to do something special for yourself. So i quickly send them a email and they tell me the hair is prewashed and to put some oil on the hair for the dryness. Ok when I spend money on hair i should not put anything on it EXPECIALLY if its new fresh  out the box. Ladies please do your research before you buy hair off the internet. I really wish I had done mine. This company does not stand behind the product.

I was very suprised to learn that this lady ( Daphine) decided to write a rip off story about my company.

We checked our customer records and could not find any evidence of her purchase on our website.

We could not find any email from her either. I don't think it is proper for any individual to blacklist a company without first attempting to contact and resolve the problem.

We strongly do not agree with the report and believe it is not proper for her to write a false report when we could not find evidence that she was our customer in the first place. We have numerous satisfied customers and if she had attempted to get in touch with us, we clearly would have tried our best to resolve the issue with her.
