Olde Marco Mortgage and Marco Bay Homes are two companies owned and operated by the same family. The "president", Donald Wojciechowski prey's one local service providers and investors to aid in the growth of thier business without ever paying their bills.

On the service side, they lure in new companies to perform work for them (usually demanding that we, the service providers pay for all materials up front) anywhere from a month or two, up to two years before they feel that you are comfortable to continue larger scale work. Once they sense this, they will escalate the importance of some growth work and then never speak with you again.

On the investor side, they market their 'new mortgage model' to realtors and investors to make more money buy originating the loans for the potential home buyer. But here is an added twist...they staff realtors that continue to inflate the market to try and offset their lure of investors for their 'spec' homes. These homes sit for years at a time before they are even filed for a C.O.. Many innocent investors, families, and service providers have been taken advantage of these companies and I am here to put a end to it, in addition to collect on the unpaid invoices.

It is true that the final group of invoices for various services from this computer consultant were not paid. This consultant was part of a project team to install a VOIP phone system with multiple locations in the US. Prior to beginning this project, all vendors (including this vendor) and an outside consultant, reviewed the Proposed Statement of Work of IP Contact Center to ensure everything was considered to have a complete and efficient operating system. After several months delay on the initial installation date, the installation was finally made. Approximately 6-8 months after the system was installed and it still did not work properly, the venders of the project team began to blame each others inexperience as to why the system did not work the way it was designed still with no solution and no end in site. We stopped this fiasco only when the project was over budget (and we paid) 180% over the original contract amount.

Any remaining comments are completely untrue. If you would like more detailed information or documentation supporting my response, please contact me directly at Don@MarcoBayHomes.com.
