Marco Gabriel Meza is a fraud.  Patrick Lucido is a fraud, located in the Phillippines.  Antonion Yap, Jr. is a fraud, located int he Phillippines.

Together this trio makes up two entities known as the Pacific Asian Holding Foundation.  Originally it was set up as the Pacific Asian Holding Corporation (Both Nevada Entities).  These entities were formed in 2015.  I believe they actually formed and switched to being the Pacific Asian Holding "FOUNDATION" as 501.3.c. entities have looser regulations with taking up front fees for loans.

Marco Meza confirmed by the source providing this to him fabricated the attached fake bank document from HSBC.  We confirmed with HSBC that this document was not authentic, that the woman (bank officer) whose name was used as the author does not know him or the other parties named, and that the signature used for her is also not authentic.  Essentially every piece of this information is fake.

Mr. Meza has not denied this and in fact admitted to providing this information to his counterparties.  His partners in this enterprise are Patrick Lucido and Antonio Yap, Jr., both of the Phillippines.  Both have been informed of the situation and done nothing to rectify the situation.

Mr. Meza propagated the Pacific Asian Holding Foundation as an entity with over $400M in assets and credit lines and capable of providing loans and / or leasing of collateral.  Yet he has been unable to complete any transaction to date.

Mr. Meza has formed these other entities:

Marcom, Inc - Formed in 1997; Permanently Revoked in 2001

Mar International, Inc. - Formed in 2000; Permanently Revoked in 1998

West Alpha Corp - Formed in 1999; Permanently Revoked in 2009

Living Synergy - Formed in 2005; Permanently Revoked in 2007

Marcash, Inc. - Formed in 2006; Permanently Revoked in 2009

Int'l Synergy Holdings, LLC - Formed in 2011; Revoked in 2013

More than likely Mr. Meza simply could not afford the annual registration fees to keep the entities alive and the State of Nevada revoked the charters for the entities.

However, now Mr. Meza claims to be spending weeks at a time in China and Asia for Pacific Asian Scam Corporation/Foundation.

Mr. Meza also carries a badge.  One of his counterparts claimed it was from a 25 year career at Interpol.  Mr. Meza did eschew that and said he is no former federal agent of any kind etc., yet he has shown a badge to 2 different parties we have been informed of.

Simply put, Mr. Meza and Pacific Asian Holdings (Scam) Corporation / Foundation have no interest but to take upfront fees for loans and then not provide those loans.  He is not of the business accumen of someone capable of puting a $1M loan together, much less $50M.

Don't waste your time with this man.  It will only result in lost time and money.
