Spent $15,000 on Marco and his flipping luxury properties program. Spent thousands more on signs, advertising, phone services, etc. Got several deals, and turns out, Marco has never actually made money on these luxury home sales! In fact, he was unable to provide a single reference for charities he had worked with, nor a single title company or real estate attorney in the state of Florida.
My bank account is now empty and my reputation is tarnished.
He also uses the name of Marco Olivier.
Would like to recoup some of my money.

Yes, I did "get deals", and when it came time to do the actual sales, suddenly you had no contacts, not even an attorney. You lied about the charities and that was embarassing when one homeowner did due diligence on your references.
The Fact is that not a single one of your students that I have spoken with, including ones that used to be mentors for you, that the truth is that Marco Kozlowski talks big and cannot deliver.
And despite repeated requests, you would not, or could not, provide a single reference for a charity you had worked with in the past, nor a student who was successful making money at your program.
Since you have moved on to the next scheme, it's clear that the Luxury Homes Group was a slick, expensive lie.
Shame on you, Marco.

How can you possibly say that you did deals and then in the same breath blame ME for your faliures on an empt bank account?!??
I find it fascinating that people take a class - do nothing then blame the teacher....
Should you blame Harvard if you spend 200K on education and cant get a job?!?
I teach A CLASS on how to make money in real estate creatively and its UP TO YOU to do it. up to the USER to practice. up to the USER to take action and part of that is making mistakes and either accept the guidance of a mentor, or do it themselves - not lash out and blame everyone else for their failures...
People that make money dont spend their time writing bad reviews on the internet - they are busy making maoney or having fun in life :)
I think you should read and re-read "who moved my cheese" by Spencer Johnson - might help you take responsibility for your own actions?
