Marco Majors picked up a payment that was put down for my windows and did not retrun the money he also did not pay the guys with the funds that he was given and picked up checks that did belong to him, Marco Majors is not the owner of Major Faith Roofing and is misrepresenting himself. He is Working for Alphaone exteriors

  Owner wanted money to replace the roof, cashed check then never came back. Windriver Roofing owner told me that for him to do my roof, I would need to just sign the check from my insurance company over to him and he would get started immediately. He cashed the check that very afternoon and never came back. I called, texted and emailed him and he would not respond back. Then I found out that he had done the very same thing to my granddaughter and also a neighbor. In my community, we have several who have been scammed by this man. Now he has opened, 'majorfaithroofing'. I am turning a copy of the check and all the information over to the ******* police and have hired an attorney to handle the situation. With hindsight, I have learned that I should never have trusted him up front but his website looks good and BBB had 4 good reviews.  

Desired Outcome

I just want my $9594.37 back so that I can get a reputable company to come in and roof my house. Also, at this point, I believe that there needs to be legal action taken for all the others that are to come in his grand scams. He needs to be stopped and held accountable for his actions.     Complaint Type: Problems with Product/Service Status: Unanswered

  Paid a deposit for a roof and never heard from them again. Our area experienced a huge storm and we were in need of a roof replacement. We called Windriver roofing for the job. ***** ******, the owner of the company came to the house and gave us an estimate. He required a deposit of $1361.00. This was paid by check #5025 on 5/25/2018. The check was immediately taken to the banking cast. Calls have gone unanswered and my husband presented to the location of the business. He was told that they did not know who ***** was. He has blocked my husband's calls. We would to have a deposit back. We have already gone with another company to have the roof replaced.  

Desired Outcome

We would like to have our many refunded. I am hesitant to take to check from him given his history. I am fearful that we will be in the same situation if a check is given to us from his account.
