Marco Matallana aka marodreamz is a Promoter/Concierge in Las Vegas, NV. Marco was recommended by a friend who has used him in the past but he did not realize that he rip-off people. We hired Marco's to arrange our VIP to night clubs, transportation, dinner and also our room reservations at the Luxor for our bachelorette party and we paid him $1800.00 for the weekend. When we arrived at the Luxor in Las Vegas on 3/9/14 at 1:45pm and we contacted Marco upon arrival and he indicated that he was running 1 hour late and he did not show up until 5:00 pm and we did not get the keys to the room until 6:00 pm. As we were walking to our room he confirmed that we had a 2 bedroom suite but when we got to our room it was not a 2 bedroom suite it only had 2 queen size bed for 8 girls with 1 bath. We called front desk to notice them of the situation and they did not want to help us. They said we needed to contact Marco, so we did he did not reply until 8:00pm and he said not to worry about it that he will take of care of everything. Marco arrival at the Luxor at 9:00 pm and said that he had everything under control which was a lie and Marco was nowhere to be found and left us stranded at Pure night club so we had to take a limo back to the Luxor.
On Saturday, we received a message from the front desk around 4:00 pm, so the bachelorette and her friend went down to find out that the room was not paid for and that he only left $100.00 deposit and his card was decline and the remain balance of $380.00 still needed to be paid or else we needed to leave the room. The supervisor at the Luxor was very mean and rude and did not want to help us out. The bachelorette ask to speak with the manager at the Luxor and he was very helpful and very understanding to our situation and offered us 2 rooms at the rate of $50.00 per room plus $20.00 resort fees for each room, so instead of paying the $380.00 we paid $140.00.
Marco Matallana is a crook, low life that steals money from people and he has done this to other people and he needs to be stop.
