Complaint Review: Marcos - Armando & Ivanna Martinez

Aug 11, 2003, I was the winning bidder on this person's ebay auction. I sent payment by money order, plus ample to cover shipping.

Sept 20, 2003, I emailed enquiring about shipping status, got a lot of noise, he forgot to ship, etc etc, promised to get it out within the week. Promised to email me when he shipped it.

October 9, claimed it was shipped one week earlier.

Ebay was absolutely NO help.

I filed a fraud claim with USPS, and on February 4 2004, got another apology, & an offer to ship or return the money.

July 4, 2004 I sent another email & July 5 was threatened in response. Then again promised to ship the item. Gave the excuse of computer breakdown.

Promised to not ignore me.

October 12, 2004, still nothing.

I feel this person never meant to ship the goods, and at this point I don't think he even had the goods he listed for sale.

I have had lots of stuff shipped from the US, both from Ebay auctions And from suppliers for my business. My goods do not get turned away at the border.
