Marda Management Did not manage properties well Windsor Ontario
Whatever you do, DO NOT ALLOW Marda Management to manage your rental properties in Windsor.
This is my first time ever giving a negative review online. They have mismanaged our funds several times in an attempt to rip off owners and make more money in my opinion. There have been many times when I've questioned charges that they said they did work on my property to repair something, only to find out that it was never done. Although they gave me my money back in all the cases where they over charged me, I should have never been charged for repairs that were not done in the first place. If I never made a big deal about it, I probably would have never known and they certainly would not have given my money back.
They rarerly ever answer their phone and only respond to emails after multiple attempts.
If you are looking for a company in Windsor to manage your properties, DO NOT USE Marda Management, unless you want to get ripped off! It is clear they only care about making money and not about providing value to the owners and more importantly to the tenants. Many of their tenants complain about their service and how rude they are.
Marla has been rude to me on several occasions, so I can only imagine how she is to the tenants.
