After my medical provider recommended that I purchase a compression garment from this company, I did so without conducting a search for complaints. Big mistake! I will NEVER buy from Marena again. There are plenty of vendors on Amazon who value you as a customer as well as provide better, cleaner garments.

When my garment arrived, it was clear that it had been previously worn by the deodorant stain on it. Also, it was folded in a way which suggest that it had been returned before selling to me. I immediately contacted customer service who accused me to lying and wanted pictures for proof of the stain. After multiple nasty email exchanges, these unethical people refuse to take back the garment!

After looking up the company on the Georgia Secretary of State's website, I found that the company is not registered by the state of Georgia and it's business privileges administratively revoked/dissolved years ago due to multiple complaints. The owner's name is William Watkins. If you want your money back, file a complaint with the Georgia Secretary of State. That office knows Marena and William Watkins very well and use to seeing complaints about him and his company.

I am also going to contact my medical provider and advise them to stop using Marena due to their unethical business practices and unfair customer service standards. The only reason plastic surgeons use them at all is due to the discount and kickback.
