Margret was hired to conduct a realestate transaction on my home. she was paid $11500.00 Margret was very slow to return any phone calls . emails were ignored. many people could not reach her for hours and hours at a time (does this woman have a drug and alochol problem?) False statements made and generally allround could be sescribed as a snake as there is no other creature that is lower to the ground where i spit.
I truly implore you the PAYING HONEST HARDWORKING CONSUMER do NOT EVER deal with this realtor Margret Erickson I will post the truth when the truth exists to all my fellow brothers who are honest hardworkers only to be cheated by scum like this . KARMA exists in this world and when you get burned think of me. I will be laughing in the back of your head.

a lawsuit started after the sale of my house involving Margret , the people she represented were not informed about her deciepetful practices and misguided ways i feel so sorry for her clients and they got screwed. However they decided to try and sue me , the judge in the case quickly saw through the bullcorn of this frivilous suit and quickly and rightly disnissed the case against me , the judge advised my Buyers to Margret Hernandez for deceptive practice and file a complaint with the dept of consumer affairs
