This sellers business policy for returns is 3 days but not mention 3 days from when?? I did not receive it until the end of the 1st day and did not open it in time to return to him. Since he said it was brand new and I was giving it as a Christmas gift I waited till Christmas. I tried to make it work but the CD player would not open and the table was used and scratched up. I was even willing to try to work with it but it was in to bad a shape.
He offered me $30.00 for my trouble OH PLEASE since it would cost me 30.00 to send it to the company which he sent me the warranty information however the warranty was no good because I did not buy directly from QVC. BUYERS BEWARE he is dishonest and leaves negative feedback for all who are unhappy with there purchases. He is a mean person and it shows in his feedback comments. I tried to work it out with this seller by using eBays Square Trade twice and he refused. I have since filed an internet fraud report with the FBI to help straighten this out. There is at least one other seller doing the same as I am. I am afraid this report will give me a negative feedback however I must warn others to be carful of shadey sellers on eBay.
