 Dnata Marhaba Services - Very very unprofessional and unriliable company. The company provides welcome services at the airport and charge exorbitant. But still, they promise to deliver best service. I wanted their services for my guests coming from India and as rule one needs to book 24 hrs in advance. I opted for n an online booking and gave my credit card details. The amount of 380dhs was debited from my account and in their system the booking was not accepted.

Later i called them several times to rectify the issue and there were unwilling to take any responsibilty stating that the bank is at fault and they must have kept the pymnt on hold. So i gv them another card details of my husband. They say tht they are facing some technical issues and pymnt is not processed. And the pymnt this time of 300dhs again gets debited from the account and they give me the same explanation that its the bank fault !! How can on e bank in India and the other in Dubai both be at fault ? And they wasted 6hours of my day still rectifying the problem and not comng back with any solution. All they have to say is "Sorry for the inconvinience" !!! This is rediculous, they are not willing to take any responsibility for the 680 dhs debit from 2 diffrent cards.

I would strongly recommend never to get involved with these services again.

Very true, Same happen with us and we are still stuck with them. We also post a complaint against them. So people can aware about reality of DNATA marhaba services.
