Complaint Review: Thomas Sule

More so, they had damaged tags on each of them. En I complained Maria initially denied but later requested I send the pictures which I did but she refused to acknowledge receipt of the pics but further linked me up with Debbie Lezmy who promised they will do something but thereafter they installed filters to reject my emails and stopped taking my calls completely. I had sent a friend who contacted them on phone and they promised to resolve the issue but till now nothing has been done. This was since March 2014 and I paid them $2980.49 via international bank transfer.They have not responded to my queries. I need my money back.
